
Guided Mindfulness Meditations
These guided meditations are part of the home practice curriculum for the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction classes.
They are designed and recorded in alignment with the MBSR certification requirements and are intended first and foremost for students in my MBSR classes. However, I do offer them freely to anyone who would like to use for personal practice. You may find these practices helpful in learning to tune into body sensations, settle the mind, release tension and practice being present.
