Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) is an in-depth, eight week exploration of mindfulness practices designed by Jon Kabat Zinn over 40years ago. MBSR is the gold standard in mindfulness training, and is the single-most scientifically researched mindfulness program ever created. 

Sunday evenings 6-8pm

Class 1: October 26

Class 2: November 2

Class 3: November 9

Class 4: November 16

Class 5: November 23

Class 6: November 30

Retreat: December 6 (1-7pm)

Class 7: December 7

Class 8: December 14

The cost is $425 for 22 instructional hours.

Class size is limited. You can hold your spot for $25 which will be applied to your class tuition when you register.

Full payment opens one week before class 1 and is due by Class 1.
