Ways to Work Together
Single Session:
Problem focused visit
You can do your sessions one at a time. We can tackle a focused problem or help you gain clarity on a particular decision. Single visits can be useful for previous clients who just need a ‘tune-up’ or a follow up session. Of course, it is not practical to expect a life transformation in a single session.

A 6-pack series of sessions over 3 months or less will allow you to look under the hood a little more and gain some skills and traction in your life.
