I feel more capable of tackling the day...
“This course gave me tools to change my perception and reaction to stressors. I feel more capable of tackling the day at home and at work. There is less yelling in my house. I’ve been getting to work on time and leaving on time. I sleep better. I walk more. I am kinder to myself and stop negative self talk sooner. I am grateful for my body and health. I’ve accepted uncertainty. I looked forward to the sessions because I always walked out of the class feeling better than when I walked in. “
