Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) is an in-depth, eight week exploration of mindfulness practices designed by Jon Kabat Zinn over 40years ago. MBSR is the gold standard in mindfulness training, and is the single-most scientifically researched mindfulness program ever created. 

The cost of the course is $425 for 22 instructional hours. Payment will open 2 weeks before the course begins.
